Fitness After 50
Here are exercise guides, workouts, & research articles I wrote with those of us in the “over 50” crowd in mind.
The topics I pick are those I feel can be beneficial to the level of fitness or general health of anyone like me who’s in the latter half of their life.
I suppose it’s not surprising that as the decades march on, I find it harder & harder to maintain the level of health & strength I had when I was younger.
But I’m trying.
And part of that effort is digging through relevant sports science & nutrition facts, and putting together game plans that are proven to provide benefit.
Good info for all kinds of adults
And it turns out that most of the helpful info I find while researching these articles can benefit adults of any age, not just those of us north of 50.
